Shipping Policy
Key info For shipments towards the United Kingdom:
- Order cut-off time: 17:00 CET (16:00 UK time)
- Order handling: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Order transit: 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Free shipping on all orders within The United Kingdom
- Delivery Time: 6-9 business days (Monday to Friday) before the order reaches you.
Cancellations
Something came up and you want to cancel? You can! Let us know via Support@comfort-allign.com and make sure you do this before we ship the order (within 1-2 days). Are you too late? Don't worry, you can still return the order. The return shipping costs will be at your expense.
Wrong / damaged items
The package has arrived, but something's wrong? Usually that's an error on our side - that we pack the wrong size or a different color.
Please reach out to Support@comfort-allign.com within 30 days of getting the package. Attach photos, your order number and let us know what's wrong. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Delayed Orders:
Orders are typically delivered within the estimated delivery time.
If your order has not arrived after 9 business days, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting us, as delays can occasionally occur due to external factors.
