Return Window

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
4. Restocking Fee: We don't take any restocking fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@comfort-allign.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
